- In addition to providing pre- and postnatal care services, we may use personal information for liaison with municipal prenatal and postnatal care departments, for education and training, to comply with administrative orders, and to work with other medical, health, nursing, welfare and childcare support institutions.

- For training purposes, students of the medical professions and professionals from other institutions may access guest information or be present during care.

Except where required by law, we do not provide information to third parties without the guest's permission. If you wish to view or copy your own care records, please ask a member of staff. Please note that we may charge the actual cost of disclosure or copying.

We keep guests' personal information accurate and up to date, and work to prevent leakage, loss, destruction, alteration and unauthorised access.
5. Checking and Correction of Personal Information
Where a guest requests disclosure, we check the content without delay and respond in accordance with our guidelines on the provision of guest information. Where correction is requested on the grounds that the content is inaccurate, we investigate and respond appropriately.
