Care Staff
(qualified nursery teacher)

Role
Supporting mothers and caring for babies in the Baby Room, running events for mothers, and handling bookings, reception and day-to-day operations (including serving meals and light cleaning).
Experience of raising children, or qualifications in childcare, nursing or postpartum care, will serve you well.

Care Staff (qualified nursery teacher): 1 opening
Duties
  1. Parenting support for mothers (feeding, bathing and so on)
  2. Newborn care (bathing, growth measurement, health monitoring)
  3. Running events (formula preparation guidance, group talks)
  4. Preparing for check-in and cleaning communal areas; serving and clearing meals
Who can apply
<Qualifications / experience>
No particular qualifications or experience required, and no specific skills are needed on joining. Experience of working with newborns is an advantage.
Employment type
Part-time
*We are not currently recruiting for full-time positions.
Hours
<Shift work>
· Day shift: for example 9:00–17:15
· Night shift: for example 17:00–9:15 the next morning
*Several shift patterns are available.
*From two days a week, negotiable. Those able to work both day and night shifts are especially welcome.
Pay
<Part-time>
· Care staff: ¥1,350 per hour as standard
*A separate rate applies for late-night hours.
Other
Social insurance (depending on contract and hours) and a travel allowance (capped; details to be confirmed).
