Terms of Use

In order to maintain the publicity and safety of the facility, customers using this facility are required to comply with the following rules based on Article 10 of the Terms of Use. If you do not comply with this rule, we may cancel the usage contract and related contracts according to Article 7 of the Terms of Use.

■About baby room use

Our baby room is only for babies from 1 to 4 months old.
This service is not a childcare service for infants and siblings when going out of the facility.

■Matters in terms of health and hygiene

  1. If anyone other than the user enters the facility, please comply with temperature check and use hand sanitizer.
  2. At the time of admission, all users are required to fill out the temperature measurement and physical condition check sheet. If you have a fever, or if you suspect that you have a cold or an infectious disease, we will refuse the use in principle.
  3. Please wear a mask when entering
  4. Please note that we will carry out sterilization and disinfection of various facilities in the building on a regular basis. We will inform you in advance about the date and time of the event.
  5. Please bring in food and drink you at your own risk. Please note that you may not be able to bring it in at the discretion of the facility. The facility is not responsible for any management of the food and drinks brought in by users.

■Matters in terms of security

  1. Please do not bring the following items to the facility.

    Dogs, cats, birds and other pet animals
    - Items that generate bad odors and offensive odors
    - Explosives, gasoline/volatile oil, etc. that have a risk of ignition or catching fire
    - Large sum of cash and precious metals
    - Beverages with alcohol
    - Other items prohibited by law

  2. Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility. Please note that in the unlikely event that smoking is discovered, it will be confiscated immediately and you may be asked to leave the premises.
  3. When you leave your room, please manage your valuables by yourself. Please note that the staff may visit the room for cleaning and care services.
  4. If you find a suspicious person or object, please contact the staff immediately.
  5. Please refrain from entering common areas such as the lobby and lounge only for children.

■Matters for fire prevention

  1. The use of fire in the facility is strictly prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited in the facility.
  2. Please do not use any equipment that generates high temperature and high pressure other than the equipment installed in the building.
  3. Do not touch firefighting equipment etc. except in an emergency.

■Actions we ask to refrain from

  1. Please do not engage in gambling or disturbing morals within the facility.
  2. Please do not yell, sing, or make loud noise, that may disturb other users in this facility.
  3. Please do not use the room for any purpose other than its intended purpose without the permission of the facility.
  4. If you go out or take delivery, please be sure to talk to our staff in advance.
  5. Please do not change the current condition of the facility by moving the equipment and goods to another place or using it for purposes other than the original purpose without permission.
  6. If you scheduled to have visitors in your room, please let the staff know.
  7. Please do not distribute, post, or solicit the sale of goods.

■About medication

If the user, baby, or family member needs to take medication while using this facility, the user should manage and take the medication by themselves.

■Forced eviction

If you take any action that is deemed to be interfering with management within the facility, you may be requested to move out of the facility at the discretion of the facility director or deputy facility director. In addition, if we determine that it is difficult for us to respond, we will notify the police or an appropriate administrative agency.

■Emergency response

  1. Each room is equipped with telephone communication equipment in case of an emergency, so please use it in the event of an emergency.
  2. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, so if you have any questions, please contact our staff.
  3. Please check the evacuation route map in case of fire etc., as it is posted on the back side of the entrance door of each room. In case of fire, please follow the instructions of our staff.
  4. This facility is affiliated with Rakuwakai Otowa Hospital. In addition, we will introduce suitable medical institutions according to the situation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for medical expenses, transportation expenses, etc. for the consultation.
  5. In case of emergency, we will contact you with the emergency contact information you provided.
  6. If your physical or mental condition suddenly changes, we will call an ambulance at our facility and contact the contact information in the preceding paragraph.
  7. Please note that even if you go out in an emergency, we cannot supervise your baby and siblings alone. However, this might change if we judge that there is a good reason.

■About valuables and checked items

Please note that we do not supervise any valuables such as cash or precious metals, or items owned by the user. Please manage it under the responsibility of the user.

Unless otherwise specified, items left behind will be stored at the facility for 7 days from the date of discovery, and then delivered to the nearest police station or disposed of at the facility. However, food and drinks and magazines will be disposed of on the same day.

■About the facility usage time

Accommodation: 11 am the day of entry to 10 am on the day of departure
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the facility may accept the use of the guest room even after the check-out specified in the same paragraph.
In this case, the following additional charges (optional late stay charges) will be charged.
Use until 5 pm: 5000 JPY for users, 2500 JPY for families
Use after 5 pm: 1 night stay charge

■About meals

  1. Please enjoy meals at the lounge during the meal times below.

    Breakfast: 8 am to 9 am
    Lunch: 12 pm to 1 pm
    Light meal: 3 pm
    Please enjoy in your room.
    Dinner: 6 pm to 7 pm
    Supper: Please take it back to your room at dinner and enjoy it at your free time.
  2. If you have a doctor's diagnosis and you have a food allergy and need to remove food,
    we only accept consultations on the removal of 7 items: egg, milk, buckwheat, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab. If you wish to remove it, please make a request at least 3 days before the start date (excluding weekends and holidays).
    However, we cannot guarantee that it will be completely removed.
  3. We may not be able to respond to changes in meal content or quantity. Please inform the staff of any change requests by 10 o'clock the day before.

■About the use of the lounge

The lounge can be used from 8 am to 8 pm. It can be used for meals and chats. However, we may limit the use due to the custody of babies. This does not apply to consultations with midwives and use for breastfeeding.

■bout visitation

  1. Please let the facility staff know in advance about visits from family members, friends, etc. other than people staying at the facility
  2. Visitation is between 1 pm and 6 pm.
  3. Please follow the visitation time as much as possible for the recovery of physical condition after childbirth and the feeding of the baby at night.
    However, we will not enforce this only if we judge that there is a good reason.

■About going out

  1. Guests are required to use the card key to enter and exit the front entrance and the room, so they are free to go out, but please fill out the outing sheet and contact the facility staff.
  2. If you come back from going out, please inform our staff in the lobby.
  3. In the evening, please go out by 8 pm.
    However, we will not enforce this only if we judge that there is a good reason.

■About payment

  1. For temporary reservations, if you pay the reservation application fee of 30,000 yen by credit card payment on the reservation system at the time of application, the temporary reservation application will be completed.
  2. Please pay the full amount of the accommodation fee by credit card at the time of check-in.
  3. Please pay by cashless payment or credit card payment for shopping in the facility.
  4. Please pay by credit card at check-out for additional usage fees such as optional menus.
  5. We will issue a usage statement and receipt when you pay the usage fee. Please note that the receipt cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.

■About accommodation tax

In compliance with regulations, accommodation tax will be charged separately according to the accommodation fee.

■Others

  1. If the building, furniture, equipment or other item is damaged, soiled or lost, an equivalent amount of compensation may be required.
  2. Please refrain from entering places other than your room, common areas, or those permitted by the staff.
  3. Please note that your room may be changed during use depending on circumstances of care services.
  4. We perform cleaning, inspection and repair for hygiene management and safety management and maintenance of facilities/ equipment.
  5. If a sudden accident (air conditioning, water supply failure, etc.) interferes with the provision of a living room, we may refuse to use it even on the day of the event.
