Application process
Step1. Temporary reservation application
In the reservation system, choose the desired dates etc. and send the temporary reservation application. Please pay the provisional reservation fee (30,000 JPY) from the payment system after sending the provisional reservation application form. Please note that the provisional reservation will be completed by sending the provisional reservation application form and paying the tentative reservation application fee.

Step2. Contact from our facility
After confirming the provisional reservation application and payment of the provisional reservation fee, we will notify you by e-mail that the provisional reservation procedure has been completed. Please check the contents of the e-mail.
* Because the delivery date may be before or after the expected delivery date, we accept tentative reservations until delivery.
* Please make sure in the e-mail settings that you can receive mail from "@ ppch-j.com".
* If you do not receive an email within 2 to 3 days, please contact us.

Step3. Contact after childbirth (prior confirmation)
Please contact us by email or phone within 2 days after giving birth.
What we would like to know at that time:
- The name on the tentative reservation application form
- Baby's name, gender, date of birth
- Birth weight, current weight
- Breastfeeding method: breast milk, formula, both
- Delivery method: Normal delivery, C-section
- Childbirth facility discharge date, Scheduled check-in date and time, with or without lunch
* Check-in is from 11 am. Lunch time 12pm – 1pm
* If you wish to have lunch, you need to apply by the day before. - Length of stay: Date and time of departure
Step4. We will contact you by email to confirm your reservation.
We will send you an email notifying you that the reservation procedure has been completed. This email confirms the official reservation.

Step5. Check-in Day
We are looking forward to welcoming you at our facility on the day of your reservation.
At check-in, the room rate will be paid for the entire stay.
* If you have lunch on the day of check-in, please complete check-in by 11:30.
