Childcare Hours
10:00–17:00 (Family Plan and Day-Use), and 9:00–11:00 the following morning (Family Plan guests)
*As a rule, childcare is not provided between 17:00 and 9:00 the next morning. After 17:00: ¥3,000 per hour (includes facility use; booking required).
What Childcare Includes
[Newborn to under 4 months] Dedicated Baby Room on the 2nd floor: general baby care and bathing, the same as during an overnight stay
[4 months to under 1 year] Dedicated Baby Room on the ground floor: age-appropriate care (play, picture books and so on) and bathing
What We Provide
Nappies / Icreo formula / feeding bottles / baby clothing (up to size 80) / swaddles / moisturiser for after the bath / weaning cutlery / weaning bibs / high chair
What to Bring
Formula other than Icreo / any particular feeding bottle you prefer (other than Boonyu Sodanshitsu or Boonyu Jikkan) / soother / favourite toys / bibs / clothing above size 80 / drinks your baby is used to / cup, straw cup or mug / ready-made baby food that needs no cooking / shop-bought snacks if required
*Apart from formula, items you bring cannot be taken into the Baby Room.
*Please feed baby food and snacks yourselves, in your room or in the dining room.
Before childcare begins
- temperature and general health check
- an interview with staff (consent form, daily routine at home, condition and so on)
If your child develops a fever, cough, runny nose or other cold symptoms — even after check-in — the Baby Room cannot be used. We are happy to discuss rescheduling.
