Cancelling or Changing a Treatment
To cancel or reschedule a treatment, please contact reception during opening hours (9:00–17:00) two days beforehand. The following charges apply to same-day cancellations.
- Cancellation or change the day before: 30% of the treatment fee
- Cancellation or change on the day: 100% of the treatment fee
- No-show: 100% of the treatment fee
If you are late
If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as you know. Where you have not arrived more than 15 minutes after your appointment time and we have heard nothing, we treat it as a no-show.
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shorter than booked, or we may be unable to provide it at all. Where lateness is repeated, we may decline future bookings.
Please note
Where you are unwell — with an infectious illness, for example — and cannot receive the treatment, no cancellation fee applies provided you let us know.
